This hotel was good choice for exploring Nottingham, appreciated it and venue's very professional staff on shift. It was in a peaceful location a couple of blocks away from a hands-on family museum.

The location was great as for me, next to the Castle and the Olde Trip to Jerusalem pub as well as the popular Lace market area. In overall the room was cheap and with sofa bed for my daughter. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

In overall, the place is wonderful relaxing, has incredibly attentive staff on shift. We stay in standard queen room quite often, it is functional and newly decorated...

Handy location near the castle. The lobby features bright decorations that set a cute tone, while the self-service breakfast provides a nice variety of hot, quality options.
Unfortunately, the hotel feels a bit dated. There are worn carpets on the back stairs that could use some attention. Rooms lack air-conditioning, which can be a drag in warmer weather, as you'll need to choose between shutting windows for quiet and risking noise from early morning bin collections. The bathrooms could also use an upgrade-stepping over the bath for showers is awkward, especially without any railing for support.

As usual the service was fine, you were left in peace to do whatever you wanted. There was no comment if you came in late. And there was as much hot water on tap as you wanted at all times and a full size bath. Lovely views from 5th floor
Needs a coat of paint touch up here and there

During my recent business trip, I found the location to be a major highlight, just a short walk from the castle and other attractions. The room was nicely decorated, and I appreciated the modern touches that made my stay comfortable. the parking situation was a bit confusing, and there was an unusual smell in the bathroom that detracted from the overall experience.

Central
Where do I start....? The rooms are very small and in poor condition. Our room was very dingy. There is a lot of noise at night from surrounding clubs and bars, and people seemed to be arriving back from being out and going into their rooms until the early hours of the morning (we were by the lift). Worst of all, there was a group of young lads in the hotel who spent the entire night (until 5.30am) running up and down the corridors, shouting, swearing etc.
